Sarsuna College Under Graduate Admission 2018-2019


  Students shall apply online only from the college website from the Friday, 8th June, 2018 till Thursday, 14th June, 2018.

  LAST DATE for ONLINE PAYMENT FOR APPLICATION: 15th June, 2018 till 4 pm.

  Students may apply for more than one stream / subject with fresh login.

  Students must carefully read the detailed Eligibility Criteria Notice for each subject combination before filling a form.

  Verify all details and submit the form online filling up correctly with correct information

  Each application for a specific subject / course is to be made on separate online application form, i.e. a separate fresh login is needed.

  On login, after filling up of the form and submitting it online, a student must print the generated FORM / APPLICATION COPY and the BANK CHALLANS.

  For a single successful application, there will be a ICICI Bank Challan generated. A student must take a print of the challans. There will be a separate set of challans for each form a student fills up and submits. Challan of a form is not transferable or photocopied. You may also pay ONLINE by Credit/Debit cards.

  After submitting a form / forms online, an application fee of Rs.150/- per-form (Rs.125/- as form price and Rs. 25/- as IT Processing fee) must be submitted in any ICICI Bank branch within the below mentioned period, without which no application will be regarded as valid.

  For a single application, there will be a single application ID and a single set of Application Fee Challans with the same application ID. Application fee is to be paid separately for each application form for a separate subject/ course using the respective set of Application Fee challans for the form.

  A student should not take prints of useless extra challan sets for a single ID and submit money for a single course more than once.

  Application fees may be deposited by offline method (visiting the bank) in any branch of the ICICI Bank to the Sarsuna College Account No. 0036SLFEECOL from Friday, 8th June, 2018 to Thursday, 14th June, 2018 (9.30am – 4. 30 pm) on working days.

  LAST DATE for PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FEE TO ICICI Bank, any branch (Kolkata branches are preferred) : 14th June, 2018 (as per the Bank timings of the respective branches)

  Please check the Bank related section of notice in website and select the branch near your home.

  The online form will be accepted and registered by the College only after the College receives from the bank the intimation of the payment made by you.

  The applications for which the fee is paid to non-designated branches and/or after the last date will not be registered, even if the Bank accepts the application fee.

  Forms for which the application fee is not paid will not be registered.

  Once the application fee is paid, no refund can be claimed for any reason what so ever.

  Only foreign students must contact the College Office before filling application forms.

  Students who have completed payment of application fees at the bank will wait for declaration of First Merit Lists in the College website.

  First Merit Lists will be uploaded on Monday, 18th June, 2018 in the College website and College premises.

  First Counselling & Verification will be held on as pert the following schedule:

  During counselling, a student must bring the following for verification by the college authorities :

  • 1. Printed form copy,
  • 2. Application Fee Payment Slip (student & college copies of the Challan with bank stamp),
  • 3. All original documents along with Black Ballpoint pen.
  • 4. One attested photocopy of 10+2 Exam Mark sheet, Admit Card of Class 10 Exam as age-proof, SC/ST/OBC A/OBC B/PH Documents and
  • 5. Two passport size photographs.
  • 6. Photo Identity proof like Aadhar Card/ Voter Card/ Driving License etc.

  After verification the college will provide the ADMIT ORDER by stamping and then allow a student to print his Admission Challan. No student shall be eligible for admission without this verification and admit order. ADMIT ORDER dose not mean candidate is admitted to the college. He/She have to pay admission fee to the bank for the conformation of admission.

  Admission of students selected in the First Counselling will start from very next day of the counselling dates for the respective streams.

  During admission, payment options will include either by online method or by offline method to the ICICI Bank only. Online payment can be made through Debit Card / Credit card /Internet Banking. For offline payment, take the admission challans, tokens (SIGNED & STAMPED token) to the designated branches of ICICI, within the specified dates.

  All dates are tentative and subject to change. Any changes in the dates will be notified through the college website only.
